These conditions are valid exclusively between the company Casa Vinicola D’Angelo di Rocco D’Angelo and Figli snc, with registered office in Rionero in Vulture, (PZ) Via Padre Pio, 8, hereinafter referred to as “D’Angelo” and any User pursuant to art. 3 Legislative Decree 206/2005 which makes online purchases on the website www.dangelowine.com hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”. These conditions may be subject to changes and the date of publication of the same on the site is equivalent to the date of entry into force.

Object of the contract

With these general conditions of sale, D’Angelo sells and remotely purchases the products listed on the website www.dangelowine.com.
The contract is concluded through the internet, by accessing the customer at www.daneglowine.com and the creation of a purchase order according to the procedure provided by the site itself.
The Customer undertakes to read these general conditions of sale, in particular the pre-contractual information provided by D’Angelo, before proceeding to confirm his order, and to accept them by affixing a flag in the indicated box.

Pre-contractual information for the consumer

Before the conclusion of the purchase contract, the Customer examines the characteristics of the products that are illustrated on the individual web pages at the time of his choice.
Before the conclusion of the purchase and before the validation of the order with “payment obligation”, the Customer is informed about:
– total price of the goods including taxes, with details of shipping costs and any other costs
– terms of payment;
– deadline within which D’Angelo undertakes to deliver the goods;
– conditions, terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal
– any costs of returning the goods in case of withdrawal (cases indicated below);
– after-sales assistance conditions and commercial guarantees provided by D’Angelo.

Conclusion and effectiveness of the contract

The sales contract is considered concluded with the sending by D’Angelo to the Customer of an order confirmation e-mail.
The e-mail contains the Customer’s data and the order number, the price of the goods purchased, the shipping costs and the delivery address to which the goods will be sent.
The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the personal data contained therein and to promptly notify D’Angelo of any corrections.
D’Angelo will only accept orders to be delivered in the Italian territory.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
We do not ship on weekends.

Prices

All sales prices of the products indicated on the website www.dangelowine.com are expressed in Euros and include VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but are indicated and calculated at the time the purchase process is completed before payment is made.
The Customer accepts D’Angelo’s right to change his prices at any time, however the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated on the site at the time the order is created and indicated in the confirmation e-mail sent by D ‘ Angelo to the Customer.

Payment methods

Each payment by the Customer can be made with the following payment methods:

  • Paypal (Via account),
  • by credit / debit card (via Paypal circuit),

Payment is made via a normal bank transfer. Many banks offer the possibility to make the transfer directly online or you can go to your bank. At the time of the order, an email will be sent with the data necessary for making the payment.
D’Angelo will proceed to send the goods to the credit confirmation given by our bank (1-3 working days).

Delivery methods

D’Angelo will only accept orders to be delivered in the Italian territory.
For EU and non-EU shipments, just contact D’Angelo at [email protected] for a quote.

– Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
– We do not ship on weekends.
– Orders will be delivered in 24/72 working hours. For the islands and the most remote municipalities, deliveries may take 4/5 working days.
Delivery times are purely indicative and in no way binding for the D’Angelo company considering the multiple variables and causes of force majeure that could lead to delivery delays. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that delivery will take place at set times, nor can we ensure that the courier notifies by phone before delivering the order.
– For all shipments, D’Angelo relies on Mail Boxes and GLS which will provide full tracking of the shipment.

Collection at Headquarters
It will also be possible to collect the products purchased at our headquarters in Via Padre Pio, 8, Rionero in Vulture, (PZ), Basilicata – Italy.
Just flag the “collection on site” option, in this case no shipping costs will be charged.

Right of withdrawal

Here are some reasons for reimbursement:

1. Broken bottle during transport.
Casa Vinicola D’Angelo uses specific packaging for this type of transport, in order to always deliver the goods safely.
However, if some bottles break during transport, we will take care of recovering all the goods and making a new shipment.
D’Angelo, at the time of delivery, suggests not to accept the goods when the packaging has visibly damaged or damp areas and a possible breakage is suspected. In these it would be advisable to contact D’Angelo to resolve the problem.

2. Product anomaly.
Should the quality of the product show any anomalies (please note that all the bottles must be kept at a correct temperature – avoid sudden changes in temperature – and not left exposed to the sun), after the return of the faulty goods we will send the same wine again or a similar wine.

Return procedure.
In any of the two previous situations, in accordance with Italian legislation, the Customer has a maximum period of 14 days, starting from receipt of the products, for the return procedure.
The Customer must send the request by email to [email protected], specifying the request for “Return order number ..”.
Once the return request has been completed, the Customer will receive all the information necessary to proceed with the return to their e-mail address.

In order for the return to take place it is necessary that all the bottles sent are returned and shipped in their original packaging. Bottles broken during transport and open ones are exceptions. The shipping costs at this stage are charged to the customer.
The withdrawal request must specify:
– the order number
– the products to be returned, and the reason for the return
– the email address with which the purchase was made

The refund of the amount

Once the goods have been received and the status has been verified, the refund will be made with the same payment method that the customer used for the purchase.
Casa Vinicola D’Angelo will manage the collection of returns within 14 days of the refund authorization date.
In the event that the customer wishes to return the goods with a courier of his choice, the 14 days for the refund will be counted from when Casa Vinicola D’Angelo receives the goods and can check their status.
In the event that the return is not due to causes of transport or quality of the wine, the return costs will be at your expense as well as any additional costs.

Once the return request has been completed and sent to [email protected], the Customer will receive all the relevant information at their e-mail address.

Applicable law and competent court

These General Conditions of Sale are subject to Italian law.
Any dispute that does not find an amicable solution will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Potenza
In any case, it is possible to optionally resort to the mediation procedures referred to in Legislative Decree 28/2010, for the resolution of any disputes arising in the interpretation and execution of these conditions of sale.
