In Basilicata, Aglianico is the undisputed king of all grape varieties. A noble and traditional variety that is key to the production of many great Southern Italian wines. Sacravite is D’Angelo’s “young and fun” varietal version of Aglianico. Very short refinement in barrels to keep the fragrance and fruitiness of the grapes. A versatile and fragrant wine that is also soft and firm. Sacravite is the perfect Aglianico to begin a discovery of the hidden treasures of Basilicata. Definitely a must!

Goes well
