Blend of Aglianico and Merlot, with a lively and uncommon flavours. Refined in barriques, it offers several fragrances and flavours. These two grape varieties are harvested at different times of the year, Merlot in September and Aglianico in October. Initially refined separately, they come together for the final refinement in barriques. The Blend makes Aglianico more velvety while softening its typical tannic charge.

Harvested exclusively by hand, mid-September for Merlot and late October for Aglianico

Vinification traditional technique, with a 10-day maceration period

Refinement 15 months in barriques, merging and then a further 6-month period in barrels

Goes well with

Large, ideal for intense and well-structured reds that need oxygen to release their rich and complex aromas.


Can be drunk immediately, however, it tends to improve if kept in a cellar for up to 15 years
