Brigante Lucano
IGT Red

Basilicata

From the birthplace of Brigand General Carmine Crocco, “the Brigand of Basilicata”. IGT Basilicata is mostly made from the Aglianico del Vulture vine variety and Merlot. A young, fresh and moderately tannic wine that tells about one of the most dramatic moments in the history of Italy and especially of the South.

The Harvest is carried out exclusively by hand: mid-September for Merlot, end of October for Aglianico.

Traditional vinification process, with an 8-day maceration period.
