Not only excellent red wines. IGT “Villa dei Pini” is proof that the Vulture area is also ideal for the production of top-quality white wine. Villa dei Pini, made with the Malvasia grape variety, is a white wine with an intense and elegant fragrance. Soft and fruity on the palate, with a pleasant mineral finish.

Harvested exclusively by hand in mid-October

Vinification after a gentle crushing, the free-run must is cleaned statically. The following fermentation phase takes place in stainless steel tanks where the product is kept at 15-17 °C for about 20 days.

Refinement in steel tanks until bottled
